William Kopenhefer

Will focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, stock valuations, and corporate finance modeling.
Prior to joining AEC Advisors as an Analyst in 2019, William was a Senior Business Analyst at Altair Management Consultants, where he worked primarily with financial institutions in New York City.
William graduated from New York University with a degree in Economics, where he also played varsity volleyball.
William holds FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 licenses and is a Registered Representative of AEC Transaction Services LLC, Member FINRA.
