We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial individual looking to join a fast-growing investment banking firm, with the opportunity to take on significant responsibility in M&A transactions and strategic and financial consulting assignments in a client-facing role. This role offers significant responsibility and opportunity to grow with our company, but it also requires an individual who possesses organizational and project management skills.

The Vice President will work directly with our entire team on all types of corporate finance assignments: M&A, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, valuations, benchmarking, internal ownership transitions, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this role include leading deal teams, sourcing new business, building relationships with stakeholders, presenting to boards of directors and management teams, analyzing financial information, building M&A marketing materials, preparing pitch books, and collaborating with our team members.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, and/or private equity experience
• MBA or Masters degree in finance is a plus (not required)
• Financial modeling experience and proficiency in Excel
• A deep understanding of M&A and private equity transactions
• Strong people management skills
• Strong analytical abilities and financial and computer skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
• A team player!

Estimated Salary Range:  $175,000 – $200,000

Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience.

The Associate will work directly with our entire team on all types of corporate finance assignments: M&A, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, valuations, benchmarking, internal ownership transitions, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and interpretation of financial statements
• Preparation of CIMs, management/Board presentations, and other marketing materials
• Corporate finance modeling and KPI Benchmarking
• Private company valuations
• Managing day-to-day aspects of M&A and private equity processes
• Building relationships and maintaining direct contact with current and prospective clients
• Analyst training and development

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, and/or private equity experience
• MBA or Masters degree in finance is a plus (not required)
• Financial modeling experience and proficiency in Excel
• Strong understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications
• Strong analytical abilities and financial and computer skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
